Carpet FAQ
Why order Jamie Stern rugs?
Jamie Stern rugs combine exceptional design flexibility, premium craftsmanship, and efficient project execution. We offer unlimited customization in size, shape, color, and construction, with over 600 in-stock colors and custom matching available. Our rugs are crafted using responsibly sourced natural fibers, competitively priced, and produced with some of the best lead times in the industry.
How does the customization process work?
We begin with a sketch, CAD file, or reference image. From there, our team develops renderings for review and approval, followed by strike-off sampling to confirm color, texture, and material selections before production begins.
How is color selection handled?
Jamie Stern offers a digital pom chart featuring more than 600 standard colors available through our website. We also provide physical New Zealand wool yarn tools and guided consultation sessions to help finalize the right palette for each project.
Do you have a digital rug design tool for designers?
Yes. Jamie Stern offers a best-in-class digital rug design tool through our website that allows designers to customize rugs quickly and intuitively. Users can adjust colors, pile type, pile height, and yarn materials while viewing real-time renderings.
Can we select colors from actual yarns?
Yes. We provide physical yarn tools featuring our full range of 600+ New Zealand wool colors. A consultation can also be scheduled with your local representative to review options and finalize selections.
What is required to start production?
Production begins once final approvals are received and a 50% deposit has been submitted.
Do you provide large-scale wall-to-wall rugs, corridor runners, and lobby carpets?
Yes. Jamie Stern produces custom rugs and carpet solutions for large-scale hospitality and commercial spaces, including corridors, lobbies, meeting spaces, and other oversized installations. There are no standard size limitations.
