Jamie Stern manufactured a host of standard and custom furniture pieces for the public spaces of the recently renovated Westin Charlotte. Centrally located in the Queen City, this hotel is Charlotte’s largest, featuring 700 guestrooms, a spacious convention center and an opulent ballroom.For the hotel’s lobby, dining areas, bars and more, Jamie Stern provided the primary seating with bespoke versions of classic banquette styles as well as wholly original pieces. A U-shaped take on our Tacoma Banquette, five unique configurations of the Floating San Rafael Banquette and ten custom banquettes are prominently displayed throughout these spaces, providing comfort and style in equal measure.
In addition to these various banquettes, Jamie Stern also fashioned a diverse selection of upholstered seating including 34 leather barstools, 28 guest pull up chairs, 14 custom ottomans, 14 channel-backed chairs, 8 easy chairs, 4 traditional lounge chairs, 4 Chesterfield sofas, two custom sectionals and a pair of lounge settees. Many of these items are covered in timeless Jamie Stern fabrics including our Celeste Summerwind and Jasmine Velvet in the colorway Valencia Moss.
