Made in the mountains of Southern Germany, Alpen is a timeless full grain leather with a hearty semi-aniline finish. Its name is drawn from the German word meaning “of the Alps,” as embodied by the exceptional size of its hides and the prominence of its natural grain variations. This premium European quality features the singular, organic movements and unique characteristics that have defined beautiful leather for centuries.

Averaging between 55 and 60 square feet, Alpen is produced exclusively on German and Austrian hides, renowned for their substantial proportions and impressive yields. The Bavarian raw material offers a soft, buttery hand and is paired with a protective top coat to create a sophisticated leather perfectly suited for the corporate boardroom, presidential suite and public spaces in equal measure. This is an article meant to breathe, age and soften, becoming more elegant and comfortable with time and use.

Available in 30 in-stock hues, Alpen’s uniform coloration elevates its pebble graining and charming irregularities. This sophisticated combination looks gorgeous in bright primaries, subtle neutrals and rich chocolate tones alike.
