Jamie Stern manufactured a wholly original custom area rug and over 350 square yards of Axminster carpet for ZZ’s Club. This private members dining club is located in the heart of the Hudson Yards neighborhood of New York City and offers its exclusive community fine dining and a luxurious sense of comfort and hospitality.
The custom rug was hand-tufted with all natural fibers including New Zealand wool and bamboo silk and features a precise cut pile construction. It measures 32′ x 18′ and can be found in the club’s main lobby space. The Axminster carpeting is located throughout the expansive dining areas and adds a traditional sense of style throughout. This beautiful new project was specified by the New York City branch from Ken Fulk Inc.
