Jamie Stern produced dozens of custom furniture pieces for the public spaces of The Breeze, an all-new luxury apartment complex located in Long Beach, New York. Ranging from bespoke lounge chairs, barstools and sofas to wholly original dining chairs, ottomans and pillows, the pieces can be found throughout the property including prominent placements in the café, clubroom, reception area and main lobby.

Many of the clubroom’s lounge chairs boast a sophisticated outback upholstered in a custom Jamie Stern leather. We produced a unique version of our Barcelona quality by color-matching our timeless Bernini Bramble while adding a robust, scratch-resistant topcoat to the hides.

In addition to the upholstered units, Jamie Stern contributed three custom natural fiber area rugs. Made primarily with New Zealand wool, the hand-tufted designs feature level cut pile constructions and were beveled to comply with ADA regulations. All three rugs take center stage in The Breeze’s expansive clubrooms.
