The Hand-knotted rugs shown in this section were specifically developed for this construction. Each yarn is hand-knotted through a warp utilizing this thousand-year-old method of rug production. Using natural fibers of wool, silk, hemp and bamboo, these bespoke rugs become heirlooms. Dyed yarns and finished rugs dry in the sun giving each one its own distinct characteristics.
